Greencliff Farm - Three Corners Barn

Three Corners Barn is a converted barn on a working coastal farm near Abbotsham, sleeping four guests across two bedrooms. Both rooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds that can be configured as twins on request, and each has its own en-suite shower room with WC. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area seats four comfortably, with a Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Outside, a stock-fenced enclosed garden surrounds a patio with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with panoramic sea views across the surrounding countryside. Dogs are welcome on the property, though the farm grounds include a pond and wildlife in adjacent fields, so both children and dogs need to be supervised. Parking is in a communal off-road car park with trolleys available to bring luggage to the door, and a paid 22kW EV charger with two Type 2 ports is on site, accessible via the MER UK app at 75p per kWh.

The farm offers optional paid activities during your stay: a Thursday morning yoga class runs from 09:30 to 10:30 at £10 per session, with one-to-one sessions available by arrangement. Rewilding tours of the 85-acre farm are also offered for a small donation, covering tree planting, ponds and wildflower areas, though the ground is uneven so appropriate footwear is needed. Dogs are welcome on these tours on a short lead.

A pub, restaurant and pebble beach are within a mile of the property, with a sandy beach around three miles away. A shop is approximately two miles distant. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
