Shebberton Summer Folly

Shebberton Summer Folly is a self-contained annexe of a farmhouse near Abbotsham, set within open countryside close to the coast. It sleeps two guests in a single double bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en suite shower room with WC, all arranged on one floor. A lounge/dining room with a leather sofa and Freeview television leads through to a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Outside, a bistro set stands directly outside the cottage for morning coffee, and the surrounding grounds include a large lawn shared with the wider property, with views towards Hartland lighthouse. The courtyard area at the cottage itself is not enclosed. A locked shed can be provided for bike or surfboard storage, and a shared utility room off the main house has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, the latter operated by meter.

Wi-Fi is available, though it can be intermittent given the rural setting. Parking is provided directly outside the cottage. The nearest pub and shop are around a mile away, with the beach roughly five miles distant.

This cottage is not suitable for children or babies, and dogs are not accepted. Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out is by 10am.
