This detached house sits a mile from the sandy beach at Westward Ho!, with sea views from the rear garden where a picnic bench and charcoal BBQ are set up to catch the sunsets. The spacious lounge and dining room feature a stone fireplace and Smart TV, with patio doors opening to the garden. A snug off the kitchen provides additional seating and a second Smart TV, giving the party a second place to relax.

Three bedrooms sleep the full group: a king-size, a twin zip-and-link convertible to a super-king on request, and a bunk bedroom, all served by one shower room with WC. The kitchen runs on a gas oven and hob, with a microwave, fridge and washing machine. A freezer is kept in the garage, which doubles as a games room with table football and air hockey, reached via two steps down from the kitchen. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The gardens are mainly laid to lawn, with seating at the front catching the daytime sun and the rear arranged for evening sea views. Four cars fit on the off-road parking. The property uses its own private water supply, which is worth noting before you arrive.

Abbotsham village has a thatched pub serving food within walking distance. A coastal footpath runs downhill through farmland to Westward Ho!, where two miles of sandy beach connect to the South West Coast Path for cliff-top walking.
