The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area faces Torbay, with large windows drawing in natural light throughout the space. Four people can eat together at the dining table, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge and microwave for cooking in.

The bathroom is finished in crisp white with a shower over the bath. One private parking space is included directly at the property. Two external steps lead up to the front door from the parking space, and EV charging is not permitted due to the electrical system. Laundry is covered by an on-site laundrette and a communal washing line to the rear. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged with the owner for an additional charge. Bring your own beach and pool towels.

Park guests share an indoor heated swimming pool and a clubhouse with a bar, shop and seasonal entertainment, open from Easter through to October. A shared grass area behind the bungalow gives children room to play. Fishcombe Cove beach is roughly 150 metres down the hill from the park.

Brixham town is just under a mile on foot, with independent shops, restaurants and harbour-side pubs within easy reach. No dogs are permitted at this property.
