Four Seasons - Ilfracombe

A three-storey end-of-terrace Victorian house in Ilfracombe sleeping up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, Four Seasons suits large families or groups gathering for a celebration. Original geometric floor tiles greet you in the entrance hall, and a bay-fronted lounge with ornamental fireplace gives everyone space to settle in. A separate dining room handles full-group meals, while a shaker-style kitchen with breakfast bar handles informal ones. A rear snug with its own Smart TV provides a second sitting space when the lounge is busy.

Bedrooms are spread across two upper floors. The first floor holds a king-size master with en-suite shower room plus two further king-size rooms and a single. The second floor adds another king-size, a double, and a triple room with three single beds. Three bathrooms serve the house: the master en-suite, a family bathroom with a bath on the first floor, and a shower room on the second floor, with a separate WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric range-style oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

At the rear, an enclosed courtyard garden with a small lawn and patio furniture is set up for outdoor eating and evening use, with a BBQ and fire pit. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available on request, making the house practical for families with young children. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Note that smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.

Parking is on-street nearby, subject to availability, or in public car parks within 500 metres where a weekly permit is available. Shops, a pub and the beach are all within 500 metres of the front door, so a car is not essential once you have arrived.
