Bradley House

Bradley House looks out over sea views across the Devon coastline in Ilfracombe, a short walk from Tunnels Beaches. Off-road parking is provided for up to 4 cars, and the open-plan living space holds a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room and a dining area for the whole group.

Spread across four floors, the house sleeps 14 in seven en-suite bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV; two of the king-size rooms have roll-top baths, and one bedroom sits on the lower ground floor. A front patio looks out to the coast, and a multi-level garden holds a private hot tub, though the different levels are worth knowing about if anyone in your group has limited mobility.

Downstairs, a lower-ground-floor games room has arcade games, a pool table and a PlayStation, alongside a snug and a second cloakroom. The kitchen has a range oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine and a wine chiller, and nine Smart TVs, a DAB radio and WiFi are fitted throughout the house. Gas central heating covers the property.

Bradley House takes two well-behaved dogs. Highchairs, a travel cot and a stairgate are available, and children should be supervised in the multi-level garden. Smoking is not permitted, and the nearest shop and pub are around 0.3 miles away, with the beach 0.6 miles away.
