Forest Cove

This two-bedroom cottage in Brixham sleeps four across two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the first-floor lounge available as extra occasional sleeping space. The ground floor opens with an entrance hall with coat and boot storage, leading to a kitchen/diner with a wood burner, electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door from here leads out to the garden. A shower room with WC and a utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer complete this level.

Upstairs on the first floor, the lounge has a bay window with sea views, a Smart TV with Sky, Disney Plus and Netflix, and a sofa bed. The first bedroom on this floor has the super-king-size zip-and-link bed, and there is a family bathroom with bath, double sinks and WC. A further flight of stairs, described as relatively steep, leads to a second-floor attic bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, sea glimpses and a king-size bed.

Outside, a decked garden provides seating on a lower level and an elevated glass-sided area with furniture and sea views, though this upper deck is also reached via steep steps. The garden is enclosed. Parking is on the roadside a short walk from the property, with a car park also within walking distance, and the beach, pubs and shops are all reachable on foot.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
