This 18th-century listed terraced cottage in Brixham sleeps four across four storeys, making it a practical base for two couples or a small family. Three steps lead up to the front door, and the internal staircase to the top floor is steep, so the property is best suited to those comfortable with cottage-style stairs. Children under five are not permitted, and no dogs are accepted.

The ground floor holds a well-equipped kitchen with slate flooring, a ceramic sink, a central island and a dishwasher, alongside an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. The adjoining dining room keeps its original wooden floor, bay window and large original fireplace. A shower room with WC and washing machine sits on the same level. One floor up, the lounge has a window seat with harbour views, a Smart TV and an electric fire that gives warmth in cooler months. The first-floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

The king-size bedroom on the second floor has a cast-iron bed and a window seat looking out over the harbour. At the top of the cottage, the twin room features sloping ceilings and an exposed stone wall. Outside, a small enclosed decked area at the rear has bistro seating and a charcoal BBQ. Steep stone steps lead up to a separate rooftop terrace with table and chairs, offering rooftop-level sea views.

A parking space is included, located roughly 250 metres from the property, though it will not be available during Pirate Week (30 April to 4 May 2026); alternative parking will be arranged but will be further away. An unloading bay on the same street allows for dropping off guests and luggage. Pubs, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the cottage.
