Fastnet at Nonsuch House

Fastnet at Nonsuch House is a studio apartment in Kingswear, reached through a wooden gate beside the main entrance of Nonsuch House. The open-plan living space combines the double bed, a kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting area with a balcony, all in one room. The apartment sleeps 2, and the sitting area takes in unrivalled views over the water towards Dartmouth.

The kitchenette has a combi microwave/oven, a two-ring electric hob, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle, enough for light meals during a short stay. A separate bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower, a basin and a WC. Central heating keeps the studio warm, and a Smart TV, a selection of books and WiFi are provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and local resident parking restrictions apply nearby, so it is worth arriving reasonably early. There are steps up to the property, and some areas inside have limited headroom, worth planning around for taller guests.

Pets are not accepted here, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub just 0.1 mile, both an easy walk from this corner of Kingswear on the River Dart, opposite Dartmouth.
