The three bedrooms are a super-king-size room with a Smart TV that zip-links into a twin on request, a king-size room, and a twin room that zip-links into a super-king on request. Two family bathrooms each have a bath and a separate walk-in shower. There is one step up into the living/dining room and two steps down into the twin bedroom.

The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and the living/dining room has a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and fuel, power and a stove starter pack are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, a garden with patio, lawn and furniture is not enclosed, and a gas BBQ is provided for dining outdoors.

Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars by the cottage, and a traditional cot and highchair are available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 1.5 miles away with a pub 0.9 miles. A woodland walk leads from the property past ponds and lakes, so care is needed with small children.
