This waterside boathouse sits on the Dartmouth waterfront and sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, making it suited to larger family groups travelling together. The property is actually two linked houses, Beacon Boathouse and Beacon Boathouse South, sharing one private communal entrance with two front doors.

The first floor is reached via external steps from the street and includes a double bedroom, a shower room, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with large picture windows framing river views and a door onto a private balcony. A separate kitchen and a twin bedroom complete this level. On the ground floor, a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom sits alongside a further twin bedroom, both with waterside views, plus a utility cupboard and a second shower room. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further twin bedroom are found on the opposite side of this floor.

Outside there is a paved terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a lawned area, though children should be supervised here at all times. There is no on-site parking, but a permit for one car is provided for use at the nearby Mayors Avenue car park around the clock. Access to the property itself involves 50 very steep steps down from street level, worth bearing in mind for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Both kitchens are equipped with electric ovens, hobs, fridges, freezers, microwaves and dishwashers, and there is a washing machine in the utility cupboard. Smart TVs are provided in both lounge areas. The booking does not accept children under 12, and one dog is welcome, with additional charges possibly applying.
