Crows Nest Dawlish

Crows Nest is a detached house on the edge of Dawlish, with sea views from the upstairs bedrooms, the living areas and the garden. It sleeps 9 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors, with a private hot tub set in a wrap-around garden looking out over the South Devon coast. Off-road parking is provided on a private driveway for up to 5 cars.

Two steps lead up to the porch and a further step into the house; once inside, the ground floor holds a double bedroom, a flexible twin room with zip-and-link beds that can convert to a further double, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A living room with a 50-inch TV opens into a conservatory with a daybed and a dining table that seats up to 10.

Upstairs, a second double bedroom has its own Smart TV and sea views, and a family room sleeps three with a double and a single bed; both share a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, with a second table for informal meals.

The wrap-around garden has a lawn, decking, patio furniture and a gas barbecue alongside the hot tub, with the beach around 0.6 miles away. Up to 3 well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted, a security deposit applies, and between the May half-term and early September bookings must run Friday to Friday for a full week.
