Crayfish

This penthouse apartment sits on the top floor of a building in Brixham's high street, reached by three flights of winding stairs. Restaurants, bars, cafés and shops are within walking distance, with the harbour less than 100 metres away and beaches half a mile further. A pub stands 80 metres from the door and a shop 20 metres.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a super-king-size bed with Smart TV and looks out over the high street. A double bedroom with its own Smart TV lies at the other end of the hallway. One family bathroom with shower over bath and WC serves both rooms. The kitchen-diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, alongside bench seating for four and a Smart TV. A separate lounge area opposite holds two sofas and a Smart TV.

Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Towels are included, and one dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Check-in opens at 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. The property has no outside space.

Three flights of winding stairs are the only route to the apartment, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Internet access is provided throughout the property.
