Compass Rose

Compass Rose is a two-bedroom bungalow on a residential street on the edge of Brixham, sleeping four across a double and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms and the bathroom are on the same level, though guests should note there are steps up from the driveway. The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and WC.

The living area has two sofas and generous natural light, with direct access to the landscaped front garden. An adjoining kitchen/diner has a dining table and seating, with access to the patio area. Outside, a gated side patio and a further rear patio are both enclosed by walls and shrubbery, furnished with tables and benches for al fresco meals. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Private parking for two cars sits on the driveway, and an electric vehicle charger is available on site. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and there is a handy outdoor dog shower. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are included. Beach towels are not provided, so pack your own.

Brixham's working harbour, with its seafood restaurants and independent shops, is within easy reach. Breakwater Beach, a sand and shingle bay near the harbour, lies around two miles away, while Broadsands, known for its rock pools and beach huts, is roughly three and a half miles distant. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
