Coast has a garage games room with a table-tennis table and storage for surfboards, bikes or kayaks. The three-bedroom house in Croyde sleeps seven, with the bedrooms and living spaces spread over two floors. An enclosed south-facing terrace and a wetsuit wash point give the outdoor space a practical role after beach days.

Stairs lead to the main kitchen, dining and sitting area beneath a vaulted ceiling. Two sofas face a Smart TV, and the adjacent dining space keeps meals in the same room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is tucked into a utility cupboard.

The upper-floor zip-and-link bedroom can be made into twins and has an additional single bed, plus an en-suite bathroom. A double bedroom is also upstairs, while a twin bedroom is on the lower floor. The second bathroom is a shower room. Request the zip-and-link arrangement in advance; a travel cot and highchair are available on request too.

Croyde Beach, the pub and shop are within half a mile. Private off-road parking is provided for one car. Dogs are not accepted, and the stairs between floors matter if anyone in the group has limited mobility. Check-in is from 4pm, with departure before 10am. The separate games space is particularly useful when the group wants a break from sharing the main sitting room.
