Chalet 7 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 7 is a single-storey chalet on a holiday park near Brixham, close to the South West Coast Path and St Mary's Bay beach. The chalet sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, and there are steps up into the property. Bookings run for a minimum of 3 nights, with check-in after 4pm and checkout by 10am.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, heated by electric heaters, with a TV and WiFi.

The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Bed linen is included in the rent, though guests need to bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and there's a launderette on site alongside the children's play area.

Outside, a non-enclosed front lawn is a spot for morning coffee in the warmer months. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only allowed outside the property. No pets are permitted and the chalet is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles via around 120 steps.
