Chalet 37 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 37 is a single-storey holiday lodge at Landscove Holiday Park, a short stroll from St Mary's Bay beach and close to Brixham. It sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, with one bathroom.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area form the main living space, reached via steps up from outside. The bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC, warmed by electric heaters.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, and there's a TV plus WiFi available for an extra charge. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, though guests should bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a children's play area is on site. Guests can also use the outdoor pool, fitness suite and café at the neighbouring sister park, about 0.8 miles away, open seasonally from May to September.

The front lawn is not enclosed, so dogs need watching outside, and two well-behaved pets on leads are welcome. Parking is in the park's main car park, with unloading only directly outside the chalet, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is about 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles down 120 steep steps that may not suit limited mobility. Stays run to a minimum of 3 nights.
