Chalet 36 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 36 is a single-storey holiday home at Landscove Holiday Park, close to Brixham and the town's beach. The chalet sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, with one bathroom.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and steps lead up into the property from outside. The bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC, and electric heaters keep the chalet warm.

Cooking is covered by an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, and there's a TV plus WiFi available for an extra charge. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, though guests should bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair can be requested, and a children's play area is on site. Guests can also use the outdoor pool, fitness suite and café at the neighbouring sister park, around 0.8 miles away, open seasonally from May to September.

The front garden is a non-enclosed lawn, and parking is in the park's main car park, with unloading only directly outside the chalet. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and the property is no smoking. The shop is about 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles down 120 steep steps that may not suit limited mobility. Stays run to a minimum of 3 nights.
