Chalet 35 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 35 is a single-storey chalet at Landscove Holiday Park near Brixham, a short walk from the beach. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with one bathroom.

Inside, open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with steps up into the property from outside. The bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC. Electric heaters warm the chalet.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, and there's a TV plus WiFi available for an additional charge. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, though guests need to bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and there's a children's play area on site. Guests can also use the outdoor pool, fitness suite and café at the neighbouring sister park, about 0.8 miles away, open seasonally from May to September.

Outside is a non-enclosed front lawn, and parking is in the park's main car park, with unloading only directly outside the chalet. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is about 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles via 120 steep steps that may not suit limited mobility. Bookings run to a minimum of 3 nights.
