Chalet 33 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 33 is a single-storey chalet at Landscove Holiday Park near Brixham, close to the South West Coast Path and the sandy shores of St Mary's Bay. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV, and a non-enclosed front patio with a picnic bench sits just outside for morning coffee.

The double and twin bedrooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the chalet sleeps 4. Steps lead up into the property, and the beach, 0.3 miles away, is reached via 120 steep steps, so it is worth planning around for anyone unsteady on their feet.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, with electric heaters for warmth and WiFi throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and there's a children's play area on site alongside the wider grounds of the park.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only allowed directly outside the property. Bookings run to a 3 night minimum with Monday or Friday check-in only, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.7 miles away and the pub just 0.1 miles.
