Chalet 30 at Landscove Holiday Park

A short stroll from St Mary's Bay beach near Brixham, Chalet 30 is a single-storey holiday lodge at Landscove Holiday Park with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Steps lead up into the property, and a dining table seats the party for evening meals in.

The double and twin bedrooms sleep 4 between them and share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Electric heaters keep the chalet warm, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, with WiFi available for a charge.

Outside, a non-enclosed front lawn gives room for dogs to stretch their legs and for guests to sit out in the sun. A travel cot and highchair can be requested, and there is a children's play area on site, along with facilities passes for the sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat, 0.8 miles away, with its seasonal outdoor pool, changing rooms and bar cafe.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Chalet 30. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only directly outside the property. Bookings run to a 3 night minimum and smoking is not permitted; the beach, 0.3 miles off, is reached down 120 steep steps.
