Chalet 29 at Landscove Holiday Park

A leather sofa and TV fill the open-plan sitting area at Chalet 29, a single-storey holiday chalet at Landscove Holiday Park close to Brixham and the South West Coast Path. Steps lead up into the property, and a non-enclosed front lawn with a patio and picnic bench gives room to eat outside on the lawn when the weather allows.

The double and twin bedrooms sleep 4 between them and share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and electric heaters keep the chalet warm; WiFi is available for a charge.

A travel cot and highchair can be requested for younger guests, and a children's play area sits on site. Guests also get access to the sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat 0.8 miles away, for its seasonal outdoor pool, changing rooms, fitness suite and bar cafe, on production of a guest pass.

Two well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only directly outside the chalet. Bookings run to a 3 night minimum, smoking is not permitted throughout, and the beach, 0.3 miles off, is reached down 120 steep steps, so it will not suit everyone.
