Chalet 2 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 2 is a single-storey chalet on a holiday park near Brixham, a short stroll from the South West Coast Path and St Mary's Bay beach. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with steps up into the property. Bookings run for a minimum of 3 nights, and check-in is after 4pm with checkout by 10am.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, heated by electric heaters, with a TV and WiFi (chargeable) for evenings in.

The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Bed linen is included in the rent, though towels and tea towels are not provided. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a children's play area sits on site.

Outside, a non-enclosed front lawn gives space for morning coffee in the sea air. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only allowed outside the property. No pets are permitted and the chalet is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles via around 120 steps.
