Chalet 15 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 15 is a single-storey holiday chalet near Brixham, part of Landscove Holiday Park close to the South West Coast Path and the dog-friendly sands of St Mary's Bay. It sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, sharing one shower room, and takes a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a TV, and WiFi is available for a charge. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Heating is electric, and bed linen is included though towels and tea towels are not provided. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, a non-enclosed front lawn gives space to let dogs stretch their legs, and there's a children's play area on site. The sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat, is 0.8 miles away with a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, a fitness suite and a bar café; well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome there too. The beach is 0.3 miles away, reached via around 120 steep steps.

Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only directly outside the property. Note there are steps up into the chalet itself. Chalet 15 welcomes up to two well-behaved pets and is no smoking throughout; check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
