Chalet 11 at Landscove Holiday Park

Chalet 11 sits on a holiday park near Brixham, a short walk from the South West Coast Path and St Mary's Bay, a sandy beach used for swimming, snorkelling and paddleboarding. The single-storey chalet sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with steps up into the property, and bookings run for a minimum of 3 nights.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, heated by electric heaters, with a TV and WiFi (chargeable).

The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Bed linen is included in the rent, though towels and tea towels are not provided. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a children's play area sits on site.

Outside, a non-enclosed front lawn is a spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Parking is in the main car park, with unloading only allowed outside the property. No pets are permitted and the chalet is no smoking throughout. Nearby Berry Head Nature Reserve is known for birdwatching, with guillemots and peregrine falcons among the species recorded there. The shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles via around 120 steps.
