Caravan C31 at Landscove Holiday Park

Caravan C31 sits at Landscove Holiday Park above Brixham, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The living space is open-plan, bringing the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together in one room for an easy, low-fuss stay.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite basin and WC, and a twin bedroom sits alongside it. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves the rest of the caravan, giving the two bedrooms their own washing facilities.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, and central heating covers the whole caravan. A TV and WiFi are provided, and bed linen is included in the rent, though towels and tea towels are not, so remember to bring your own. Caravan C31 is pet friendly (confirm how many when booking).

Outside there is enclosed decking with furniture, a good spot for a morning coffee or a quiet drink as the evening draws in, and parking is available outside the property. From the park, coastal paths lead out to sea views and nearby beaches. The coast is about 0.1 miles away, a shop around 0.8 miles and a pub 1.1 miles. The property is no smoking, with check-in after 4pm and check-out by 10am.
