Caravan B61 at Landscove Holiday Park

Caravan B61 occupies an elevated position at Landscove Holiday Park above Brixham and sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. Inside, an open-plan layout brings the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together, with an electric fire in the sitting area for cooler evenings.

One bedroom is a double with its own en-suite basin and WC, and the other is a twin room. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC completes the accommodation, giving the two bedrooms their own washing facilities.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, and central heating covers the whole caravan. A TV and WiFi are provided, and bed linen is included in the rent, though towels and tea towels are not, so remember to bring your own. Caravan B61 is pet friendly (confirm how many when booking).

Outside, the enclosed decked area is a good spot for a morning coffee or a quiet drink as dusk falls, and parking is available nearby. Coastal paths lead straight out from the park to sea views and nearby beaches. The coast is about 0.1 miles away, a shop around 0.8 miles and a pub 1.1 miles. The property is no smoking, with check-in after 4pm and check-out by 10am.
