Caravan A10 at Landscove Holiday Park

Caravan A10 sits at Landscove Holiday Park above Brixham, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The living space is open-plan, with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area sharing one room, giving the caravan an easy, sociable layout for a couple or small family.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite basin and WC, and there is a twin bedroom alongside it. A separate bathroom with a shower, basin and WC serves the rest of the caravan, so mornings do not need to be shared between every guest.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, and central heating covers the whole caravan. WiFi is provided throughout, and bed linen is included in the rent, though towels and tea towels are not provided, so remember to bring your own. Caravan A10 does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout.

Outside there is enclosed decking with furniture, a good spot for a morning coffee before heading out, and parking is available outside the property. From the park, coastal paths lead straight out to sea views and nearby beaches. The coast is about 0.1 miles away, a shop around 0.8 miles and a pub 1.1 miles, so day-to-day essentials are close at hand. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out by 10am.
