Captains Cottage - Brixham

This three-storey cottage sits within walking distance of the harbour in Brixham, refurbished in 2018 and set up to sleep six across three bedrooms. A hallway leads into a lounge/diner with a wood burner, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, giving guests somewhere to settle after a day out.

The kitchen has been fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a kingsize bed with an en-suite WC and wash basin, alongside a large shower room with its own WC and wash basin. The second floor holds two further bedrooms: a light double or twin room with a super-kingsize zip-and-link bed that can be requested as a twin, and a separate twin room suited to children.

Outside, a rear garden is enclosed and fitted with garden furniture, an outside tap and a hose, making it a practical spot for morning coffee or drying off after the beach. Roadside parking is available to the front of the property and on the street behind, though this is subject to availability; a parking permit can also be purchased for use in nearby public car parks.

Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay, and the cottage welcomes one dog, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger visitors, and shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, with the beach around 1.5 miles away.
