Brixham Breeze Cabin

Brixham Breeze Cabin is a single-storey annexe in Brixham, a short walk from the harbour. There's one step up into the property and a further step down into the garden, worth knowing if mobility is a concern. The cabin sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size bedroom and a snug twin, which can be joined to create a super-king bed on request, share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living/dining room has a Smart TV, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Electric heating and WiFi are provided, along with bed linen and towels, all included in the rent. The TV runs through the WiFi rather than an aerial, and the property does not accept short breaks during peak times such as the summer holidays.

Outside, the rear garden has a patio with furniture and a lawn for pets to stretch their legs. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the property is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.5 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles, and the coast 0.3 miles. Dartmouth is 5 miles away, Paignton 6 miles, and Torquay 8 miles, all within reach for a day out.
