Birch Lodge

Birch Lodge is around 1.7 miles from Newton Abbot, in the village of Teigngrace, and has been renovated with a contemporary kitchen and open-plan living space. The single-storey lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

A double bedroom comes with an en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom shares the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan living room combines a sitting area, dining table and kitchen, fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

A wrap-around decked area gives park views for sitting outside, and guests can use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool on the farm, open 8am to 8pm from May to September. Off-road parking covers two cars, and a dedicated EV charging point is on site, payable at reception. A travel cot and highchair can be requested in advance.

Birch Lodge welcomes one well-behaved dog for a charge; cats are not accepted here. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and the lodge is no smoking throughout. A shop and fishing lake are on the farm, the nearest pub is around 1.7 miles away, arrivals between 19 July and 30 August are Saturday only, and the lodge cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover.
