This single-level chalet style home sits on a holiday park close to Brixham, giving guests access to the harbour town while keeping the property itself set back from the busier streets. Accommodation is arranged for up to four people across two bedrooms, both reached from a shared hallway, so there are no stairs to negotiate within the home.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows with distant sea views over the bay, along with a wood burner and Smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there is a separate breakfast bar alongside the main dining table.

Outside, French doors from the living area lead onto a private patio with seating for alfresco meals, and there is further seating at the front of the property to take in the bay views. Guests also have use of a shared lawn area on the park, suitable for children to play. Private allocated off-road parking is provided for one car, with a 7kW electric vehicle charging point on site.

Guests staying here can use the adjoining holiday park's heated indoor pool and clubhouse with bar free of charge, though these facilities operate seasonally between March and November and may close temporarily for maintenance. An onsite laundrette is available at an extra charge. One dog is welcome, must be kept on a lead around the park, and additional charges may apply; a travel cot and highchair can also be provided on request.
