Ayrmer Path

Ayrmer Path is a detached house at the end of a no-through road in Ringmore, on the Ayrmer Cove side of the village and close to Challaborough. A porch and steps lead into a light kitchen with a table for family meals, and the sitting room has sea views and an open fire to gather around.

The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: two king-size doubles with en-suite shower rooms, one of which converts to a narrow twin, plus a bunk room and a twin room, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and hand shower. A snug with a double sofa bed adds flexible sleeping space, and there are two further ground-floor rooms, one a WC and one a shower room.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a TV with DVD and WiFi cover the living rooms, with fuel and power included in the rent. Outside, a sun terrace is set up for cooking on the barbecue, and lawns and an orchard give children room to play. Off-road parking is provided for up to 3 cars.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, kept to the kitchen and utility room, and smoking is not permitted. All bookings must start on a Friday. A footpath from the house leads down to a small sandy cove and on to the Coast Path, and the village pub is under a mile away.
