This reverse-level property sits within walking distance of Challaborough beach, with a shop and pub also reachable on foot. Set up for family groups, it sleeps eight across four bedrooms, all located on the ground floor alongside the entrance hall.

The bedroom arrangement includes two king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower and WC, plus a super-king-size zip-and-link room that can be converted to a twin on request, and a bunk room with a single bed over a double. A separate bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Upstairs, the layout opens into a combined lounge, kitchen and dining space, taking advantage of the reverse-level design. Bi-fold doors connect this living area to the outside, and a Smart TV is provided in the lounge as well as in the en-suite king-size bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a dining table set within the same space.

Outside, a decked terrace offers seating and a gas barbecue for outdoor meals, opening off the bi-fold doors. The garden area is enclosed, and off-road parking is provided for two cars at the front of the property. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. As this is a family home, the owners do not accept group, hen or stag bookings.
