12 Beachdown

12 Beachdown is a reverse-level house in Challaborough, close to the shoreline within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A private driveway holds 3 cars, reached through electric gates with a code sent before arrival, and the house sleeps 10 across four ground-floor bedrooms and a first-floor living space.

The bedrooms are a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, a double, a twin, and a family room with a king-size and a bunk bed; a further bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the rest of the ground floor, alongside an external shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Upstairs, the open-plan living space holds a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining table, and a sitting area with a 75-inch TV plus two further Smart TVs. A full-sized pool table and table football are also on hand, along with WiFi throughout the house.

Outside, a rear decked area holds a hot tub, a raised decked area has further furniture, and a private roof terrace has a three-hole putting green. Pets are not accepted, smoking is not permitted, and the house does not take party groups, stag or hen bookings; guests outside these groups should get in touch before booking.
