Ash Cottage

Ash Cottage sits in Combe Martin, a fully-equipped cottage with two bedrooms and an open-plan living space for the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A woodburning stove sits at the centre of the sitting area, with fuel, power and a starter pack included in the rent.

The king-size bedroom sleeps two, and the second room has a single bed with a pull-out bed, useful for a third or fourth guest, so the cottage suits a couple, small family or group of friends. Both rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, with a tumble dryer and extra freezer space kept in a communal shed nearby.

Outside, the garden has a lawn, patio and furniture for outdoor seating, and off-road parking is provided for two cars. A TV and WiFi cover evenings in, and the dining area seats guests together for meals.

Ash Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. Electric car charging is not available at the property. From June to September, stays must start on a Friday or Saturday and run for a minimum of five nights; Sunday arrivals aren't accepted at any time of year.
