9 Prospect House

9 Prospect House is a second-floor apartment in Hallsands, near Bickerton, set above the ruins of the old fishing village of South Hallsands with a New England-themed interior. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is built into the roof space, with a bay window looking out to sea towards Start Point lighthouse and a glazed door onto a Juliet balcony.

The apartment sleeps 5 across three bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite bath and shower over, a king-size master with sea views and its own en-suite bathroom, and a single room for a child only, with a second Juliet balcony overlooking the rear gardens and pool.

The kitchen has granite worktops, custom-made units, an induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, a Nespresso machine and a breakfast bar with three stools. The living area has a long table with six chairs, a modular sofa, a TV with DVD player, an iPod docking unit and free wireless broadband.

Guests share landscaped gardens, an outdoor heated swimming pool open from early May to late September each season, and an all-weather tennis court. One allocated parking space is provided at the property, with visitor bays nearby. No pets are permitted, and given the site's closeness to the cliff edge, children should be supervised at all times. The apartment shares its development with full-time residents, and is strictly no smoking.
