2 Garden Apartment is a ground-floor apartment above Hallsands, a small fishing village on the South Hams coast, with Bickerton the nearest place on our map. It sits within the Prospect House development and has shared access to landscaped gardens, an outdoor heated swimming pool and an all-weather tennis court.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, and the second can be set up as two single beds or a king-size bed, with its own en-suite shower room. The open-plan living area has white oak flooring, French doors onto a private patio, a large TV and a Sonos soundbar, and the kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.

The enclosed patio garden is planted with lavender and olive trees and has a table, four chairs and sun loungers, and guests can also use the communal clifftop garden with its own dining area. The pool is heated and usually open from May to September, weather and maintenance allowing. One off-road parking space is allocated, with an overflow car park nearby.

No pets or smoking are allowed, and the apartment does not take Sunday check-ins or bookings shorter than seven nights in July and August. The beach at Hallsands is around 5 minutes' walk from the property, with the village shop about 4.3 miles by road and the nearest pub 3.3 miles, or roughly a mile on foot along the coast path.
