9 Manleigh Park

9 Manleigh Park is a self-catering lodge within Manleigh Park, elevated above Combe Martin with views across the surrounding woodland towards the village and coast. It sits within walking distance of the village's sandy, dog-friendly beach, known for its rockpools, paddling and paddleboarding.

An allocated parking space is provided before the approach to the lodge. Inside, the open-plan living area combines a sitting space, dining table and well-equipped kitchen, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hairdryer, plus a TV and WiFi. The lodge sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

A decked veranda sits outside for warm evenings, and central heating covers the lodge, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests share an on-site launderette during their stay.

Maximum occupancy of 4 includes infants. Sorry, no pets are permitted at this lodge, and smoking is not allowed either. There are steps up to the lodge, so care is needed, and the park does not take Sunday arrivals, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Check-ins are not available on 24, 25 and 31 December or 1 January. The village shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles.
