7 Manleigh Park

7 Manleigh Park is a two-bedroom lodge in Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with valley views towards the village, coastline and woodland. Single-storey throughout, it sleeps 4 across a double and twin bedroom.

A family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail serves the two bedrooms. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining table and sitting area, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV and WiFi; fuel and power are included in the rent.

A decked veranda with furniture is set up for outdoor meals, and one allocated parking space is provided. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests can use the shared, on-site launderette. Combe Martin's beach, 1.1 miles away, offers rockpooling and paddleboarding, with Newberry Beach and Wild Pear Beach also nearby.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, kept on leads on site, with an exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles and the pub 0.2 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. Walkers can join the South West Coast Path from the doorstep and head for Hangman Cliffs, England's highest sea cliff, and family days out at Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle and Arlington Court are all close by.
