7 Erme Drive

7 Erme Drive is a detached bungalow in Ivybridge, set on the edge of Dartmoor National Park with easy access to walking and cycling routes on the moor. It offers off-road parking for 1 car plus roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. The bungalow sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and takes one well-behaved pet, with Plymouth around 12 miles away.

Bedrooms comprise two doubles and a single, served by a bathroom with a bath, a hand-held shower and a separate walk-in shower, plus a basin, and there is a separate WC. A booster seat is available for a child at the dining table. Access to the property includes a steep drive with handrails, and there are some steps within the bungalow itself.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, kettle and toaster, and a washing machine is also on hand, with a tumble dryer kept in the garage. The adjoining living/dining room has a Smart TV, and central heating, WiFi, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

Outside, the front garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a charcoal barbecue, though it is not enclosed, worth noting for anyone travelling with a pet. Bed linen and towels are included, smoking is not permitted, and the nearest shop and pub are both about 0.5 miles away.
