6 Manleigh Park

Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, make up 6 Manleigh Park, a single-storey lodge within Combe Martin's Manleigh Park on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The lodge sleeps 4 and looks out over woodland towards the village and coast.

A family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer and TV, with WiFi throughout and fuel and power included in the rent.

Step outside to a decked veranda with furniture, and park in the one allocated space in the car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. On site, a bar opens during the school summer holidays, and guests share a launderette; check-ins are not available on the 24th, 25th or 31st December, or 1st January.

Up to three well-behaved dogs can stay, kept on leads around the site, with an exercise field and towels available elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles away. Smoking is not permitted, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and check-in is from 4pm. From the doorstep, the South West Coast Path leads towards Hangman Cliffs, England's highest sea cliff, and Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle and Arlington Court are all within reach for a day out.
