6 Chichester Court

6 Chichester Court is a second-floor apartment in an exclusive development of six, less than a minute's walk from the beaches, pubs, restaurants and shop of Hope Cove. The South West Coast Path runs past the door towards Salcombe, Thurlestone, and further on to Bantham and Burgh Island. The apartment has been well maintained and recently updated, and sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and the twin bedroom shares a family bathroom. A modern fitted kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a microwave, and the large living area has two sofas and a 42-inch Panasonic Smart TV, with a dining table that seats four. Duvets, pillows, white cotton bed linen and towels are all provided, though guests need to bring their own beach towels.

The private, south facing balcony has sea views and is furnished with a table and chairs, a good spot for evening meals. Communal gardens surround the building, though they're unsuitable for young children because of the steep gradient underfoot.

One allocated visitor parking space comes with the apartment, with further parking available in the nearby village car park. Water heating runs on an Economy 7 tariff with a 24-hour boost available when needed. Dogs are not accepted, and the property is strictly no smoking.
