3 Manleigh Park

3 Manleigh Park is a single-storey holiday lodge on Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Steps lead up from the parking area to the front door, and the lodge looks out across the village towards the sea. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on one level.

The double bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas are open-plan, fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and hairdryer, plus a TV. WiFi covers the lodge, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

A decked veranda with furniture sits outside for meals in the evening air, and one allocated parking space is provided in the park's car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests share an on-site launderette. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am; Sunday arrivals are not accepted.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on leads around the site, with a dog exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles, and the South West Coast Path passes near the doorstep. Smoking is not permitted.
