26 Manleigh Park

26 Manleigh Park is a single-storey caravan on a holiday park on the edge of Exmoor National Park, near Combe Martin, with views across woodland towards the village and the sea beyond. Four steps lead up to the caravan, and the open-plan living space has a sitting area with an electric fire and TV alongside a fitted kitchen and dining table.

Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sleep 4 in total and share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, kettle and toaster, and gas central heating and WiFi cover the caravan. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

An enclosed decking area with furniture sits outside, plus communal picnic benches shared with the park. The park itself has a dog-friendly bar with bottled beers and food, a children's play area, and a dedicated dog exercise field with towels provided after muddy walks. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car.

26 Manleigh Park welcomes three well-behaved dogs, which must be kept on leads on site. Smoking is not permitted, and the property does not take Sunday arrivals. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.2 miles.
