25 Manleigh Park

25 Manleigh Park is a single-storey lodge on a holiday park in Combe Martin, on the edge of Exmoor National Park with views across woodland towards the village and the sea beyond. Four steps lead up to the lodge. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a TV, and the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating, a TV and WiFi cover the lodge, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside is an enclosed decking area with furniture, plus communal picnic benches. The park has a dog-friendly bar serving bottled beers and food, an onsite children's play area, and a dedicated dog exercise field with towels provided after muddy walks. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car.

25 Manleigh Park takes three well-behaved dogs, which must stay on leads on site. Smoking is not permitted, and Sunday arrivals are not accepted. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.1 miles.
