23 Manleigh Park

23 Manleigh Park is a single-storey caravan on a holiday park in Combe Martin, within Exmoor National Park. Four steps lead up to the caravan, worth noting for anyone with limited mobility. The open-plan living space holds a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a TV, and the caravan sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, kettle and toaster, enough for cooking meals for the group. Gas central heating, a TV and WiFi cover the caravan, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside is an enclosed decking area with furniture, a good spot for a morning coffee, plus communal picnic benches shared with the park. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and guests can use a shared on-site launderette during their stay.

23 Manleigh Park takes three well-behaved dogs, which must stay on leads while on site. Smoking is not permitted, and Sunday arrivals are not accepted. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.2 miles from the caravan.
