201 Norton Park

201 Norton Park is a detached, newly refurbished chalet set in a holiday park on the outskirts of Dartmouth. A stepping-stone path leads to the entrance, where a small private patio and outdoor seating area catch the morning sun before the day gets going.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining room is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and hobs, and a wall-mounted TV, and comfortably seats four at the dining table. A double bedroom and a triple bunk room sit off the hallway, each with its own electric panel heater and wall-mounted TV, and the triple bunk room has a built-in DVD player for younger guests.

A shower room off the hallway has a large walk-in electric shower, WC, heated towel rail and basin, with plenty of storage for toiletries. Gas central heating runs through the chalet alongside the panel heaters, and mobile broadband covers the WiFi for those who need to stay connected.

One small dog is welcome at 201 Norton Park. An allocated parking space is provided for one car, and a bus stop nearby runs to Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, useful for days without the car. The shop is 0.6 miles away and the pub 2.4 miles, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
