1 Keepers Cottage, Hillfield Village

1 Keepers Cottage is a terraced cottage in Hillfield, a countryside spot about 3.1 miles from Dartmouth. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a cloakroom off the open-plan living area.

The ground-floor double bedroom has its own en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail, and the second bedroom is a twin on the mezzanine level. The open-plan space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area under electric central heating.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there's a coffee maker alongside the kettle and toaster. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and the front decking is enclosed and furnished for sitting out.

Guests staying at Hillfield Village can use the estate's play area, with a climbing frame, slide and swings, and the communal tennis court, though rackets and balls aren't provided. Barbecues aren't permitted anywhere on the estate. One car parks off-road at the cottage; the shop is 1.6 miles away and the pub 0.6 miles. No pets and no smoking.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The living area has a Smart TV and WiFi for evenings in, and the pretty open-plan space is decorated throughout in natural shades. Dartmouth itself is a short drive away, with shops, pubs and eateries for a day out.
