1 The Old Brewhouse

1 The Old Brewhouse stands right by the River Dart in the village of Dittisham, about 7.4 miles from Dartmouth. Spread over three floors, the cottage has a fully-fitted kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, with a sitting room where the Smart TV plays and a private decked terrace out back for sitting in the sun.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite bath, basin and WC, and a bunk room, both served by a second bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail. Storage in each room keeps things tidy for a short stay.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine, and there is a Smart TV, a regular TV with DVD player, and WiFi throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and the rear decking is enclosed with outdoor furniture.

1 The Old Brewhouse welcomes one small dog. The stairs inside are narrow, so care is needed moving between floors. The pub is a short 0.1 miles from the door, while the nearest shop is further out at 5.9 miles, so it is worth stocking up before you arrive.
